The pool provided a refreshing break from the summer heat.

The only downside was the energy-saving thermostat, which had a locked mode at 69 degrees. It was a bit too hot for some guests, especially in rooms facing the afternoon sun.

She listened attentively to my needs and found a nearby room for me when I couldn't secure one at the airport. Her warm hospitality made me feel valued as a guest.

We were in town for a busy weekend and the hotel was fully booked, but the staff at Residence Inn Birmingham Hoover went above and beyond to accommodate us. They managed to find us larger accommodations, which meant everything to us. The staff made us feel welcomed and valued, and their efforts did not go unnoticed. I highly recommend this hotel.
